Website Redesign

For the first time, I have redesigned this website 10 times! This is a very exciting milestone. I am so certain that it will last this time, for sure.

Anyways, the website has a few features I am a fan of at the moment. I am interested in more.

The first thing you’ll probably notice is the stock ticker. I was trying to bring a little fun to my website and I figured some fake stocks were the perfect way to spice up this very “newsy” style. Actually, the stock prices are based on real stocks during the 2007/2008 financial crash, and it is on a loop of about two months. So, you can take pleasure in tracking a stock if you want. For legal reasons, please don’t send me money expecting any more returns than you would gambling on the Leafs winning the cup.

The second thing I would draw your attention to, if you hadn’t already seen it, is the picture of the day. I’ll be honest, I have no faith that I will post a picture every day. Maybe once I get a repertoire of photos going I will put them on a loop too.

I also integrated latest ChristianVerse posts into it, a bit scary as it kind of uncovers that whole thing I have been typing away at like a second journal.

Finally, I am obviously going for a newspaper like website. So there are lead stories and secondary stories. I have no idea what I am going to do with any of this yet, but I am hoping it inspires some longer form writing.

You can consider this page a bit of a Lorem Ipsum, if you will.
